As a Revenue Operations Manager, you will be at the heart of solving Revolut's most complex operational challenges at scale. This role sits within the Operations function, which is responsible for designing systems that unlock efficiency and power global growth across the organization.
Key responsibilities include:
- Building and optimizing scalable processes to support Revolut's hyper-growth trajectory
- Leading and executing core infrastructure projects end-to-end, from conception through delivery
- Prioritizing high-impact initiatives and setting timelines to achieve goals rapidly
- Identifying and implementing new features and improvements for seamless customer experience
- Managing critical vendor relationships and developing performance tracking systems
- Establishing strategic supply chain partnerships and negotiating commercial terms
You will work in a fast-paced, data-driven environment where problem-solving, ownership, and impact are valued. The role requires someone who can break down complex challenges into manageable components, leverage data for decision-making, and drive execution across multiple stakeholders.
Required qualifications:
- 2:1 degree or equivalent from a top-tier university
- Junior-to-Lead level experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Proven track record of owning and leading complex projects
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Comfort working with data and deriving insights
- Natural curiosity and drive to make measurable impact
- Interest in or passion for the financial services industry
Nice-to-have skills include SQL, Python, or R coding experience.
