As Operations Manager, you will ensure smooth and reliable functioning of operations across MEA (Middle East & Africa) regions. This role combines operational execution, administrative oversight, and people-related activities while contributing to process structuring and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive operational excellence across MEA locations by owning seamless day-to-day execution, designing and implementing scalable workflows spanning operations, administration, and people initiatives, and overseeing regulatory and compliance matters including insurance coverage and administrative governance.
• Thrive in a fast-moving environment by operating with speed and clarity, anticipating urgent or unexpected operational needs, switching between industry-facing operations and internal topics (people, security, administration), maintaining a solution-first mindset, and stepping up proactively during high-stakes moments.
• Orchestrate external partnerships by acting as a trusted interface with vendors, service providers, insurers, administrative bodies, and partners; communicating with authority and professionalism; and driving disciplined follow-up to ensure commitments are met and partnerships perform at the highest standard.
The role requires high rigor, adaptability, and ownership in a demanding environment where attention to detail, autonomy, and strong execution mindset are essential.
Requirements:
• Master's degree preferred in Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, or related field
• Professional proficiency in English, Arabic, and French
• Proven exposure to operational roles requiring versatility, reliability, and high execution standards
• Comfortable working autonomously in a fast-growing environment with high expectations
• Strong organisational skills, structured thinking, and excellent written and verbal expression
• Ability to handle multiple topics in parallel without losing attention to detail
• Proactive, resourceful, and solution-oriented mindset
• Comfortable interacting with both internal teams and external stakeholders
