Salary: USD 65,000 - 80,000 / annual
Rangeview is building advanced manufacturing infrastructure to reindustrialize America through software, automation, materials science, and modern financing. As Operations Coordinator, you will be the organizational backbone ensuring seamless execution of people-centric logistics across the company.
You'll work directly with Executive Leadership and Talent Acquisition, gaining broad visibility into how a rapidly growing advanced manufacturing company operates and scales. This is a highly visible role for someone who thrives bringing order to complex moving pieces, managing intricate schedules, anticipating needs, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
Key responsibilities include:
**Scheduling, Travel & Operational Coordination:** Manage complex calendars, meetings, and schedules across the organization. Support company leadership with calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel logistics. Coordinate business travel including flights, hotels, ground transportation, and itineraries. Prepare and maintain clear travel itineraries and manage last-minute changes. Develop simple, scalable processes to address recurring coordination challenges. Partner across teams to ensure operational details are handled flawlessly.
**Recruiting & Interview Coordination:** Own interview scheduling and coordination across candidates, hiring managers, and interview teams. Coordinate complex multi-interviewer schedules while balancing availability. Manage onsite interview logistics including rooms, candidate arrival, and day-of coordination. Communicate schedule changes clearly to candidates and internal teams. Maintain accurate information in Greenhouse. Serve as responsive point of contact for candidates and facilitate rapid pipeline processing.
**Visitor Experience:** Create polished, welcoming onsite experiences for candidates, investors, suppliers, and partners. Coordinate arrival details, parking, meeting spaces, tours, and logistics. Greet visitors and connect them with appropriate team members. Provide front-desk presence during tours and important visits. Coordinate internal communication so employees know when guests arrive. Anticipate and resolve logistical issues proactively.
You'll have meaningful ownership from day one—not simply receiving tasks, but developing systems and processes to manage recurring workflows, navigate complex coordination effectively, and improve user experiences crucial to growth.
**Requirements:**
- 2+ years of experience in operations, executive/administrative support, logistics, supply chain, project coordination, recruiting coordination, or similar coordination-intensive role
- Demonstrated experience independently managing complex schedules, calendars, meetings, or time-sensitive logistics
- Experience coordinating business travel or comparable multi-step logistics involving reservations, schedules, itineraries, transportation, and last-minute changes
- Strong organizational skills managing multiple stakeholders, deadlines, and priorities simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and consistent follow-through
- Proactive mindset with ability to anticipate needs and recognize next steps without prompting
- Sound judgment and effective prioritization when multiple items require attention
- Resourcefulness and comfort solving problems without established processes
- Personable, polished, professional presence with employees, candidates, executives, suppliers, investors, and visitors
- Ability to work independently while recognizing when to escalate issues
- Comfort in fast-moving environment where priorities and plans change quickly
- Strong working knowledge of Google Workspace or similar productivity tools
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information appropriately
- Must be able to work onsite in El Segundo, CA
- Must be able to work extended hours and/or weekends as needed
- Must meet Rangeview's ITAR eligibility requirements (U.S. citizen, national, lawful permanent resident, Refugee, or Asylee, or eligible to obtain required authorizations from U.S. Department of State)
**Preferred qualifications:**
- Experience supporting executives, senior leaders, or multiple internal stakeholders
- Experience coordinating external visitors, investors, vendors, suppliers, candidates, or customers
- Experience with Greenhouse or another applicant tracking system
- Experience with Google Sheets, Excel, reporting, trackers, or dashboards
- Experience creating process documentation, SOPs, or improving operational workflows
- Experience in startup, aerospace, defense, manufacturing, hardware, or other fast-paced technical environment
Bachelor's degree not required.
