Taulia, a fintech company within the SAP group, is seeking an Operations and Systems Coordinator to own the operational pipeline for high-volume Tier-1 Strategic Partner Programs. This role is not traditional marketing—instead, you'll be a systems engineer and logic-builder behind customer communication and partner onboarding engines. You will manage the weekly data-exchange cadence with enterprise partners, extracting CRM data and mapping status updates into internal systems. A core responsibility is identifying repetitive manual tasks and automating them out of existence using Marketo, Salesforce, and internal admin platforms. You'll build and configure automated email campaigns and workflows, ensuring accuracy before deployment across multiple environments. Key responsibilities include: Campaign & Logic Architecture in Marketo and Salesforce; Pipeline Administration & Automation with primary enterprise partners; Pragmatic Problem Solving as a human fallback for exception handling when automated webhooks fail; Data Sanitization & Hygiene for list uploads and partner data feeds; First-Line Technical troubleshooting to reverse-engineer sync errors and logic failures; Quality Assurance & Documentation with rigorous pre-deployment testing. You must demonstrate systems-oriented curiosity, an inherent discomfort with manual repetition, and a drive to optimize workflows. Advanced Excel skills (XLOOKUP, nested conditionals, COUNTIF, data normalization) are essential. You'll need deep understanding of database constraints, field mapping, system dependencies, webhooks, and data lineage. Rigorous attention to detail is critical—unverified data or broken configurations are viewed as critical risks. Taulia serves over 2 million businesses across 150+ countries, including Airbus, AstraZeneca, and Nissan, helping them access cash and optimize working capital. The company is part of SAP and emphasizes diversity, equity, and inclusion. Benefits include 13th month salary, annual performance bonus, 25+ days annual leave, mobile/internet reimbursements, 12 weeks paid parental leave, comprehensive medical and life insurance, sports reimbursement, tuition reimbursement, and a fully stocked office with catered lunches twice weekly.
