Revolut is seeking an Operational Risk Manager to strengthen its local risk management framework and governance structure. This role is critical to ensuring the fintech platform operates safely across all functions, products, and regions. You will work across the organization to identify, assess, document, and regularly review operational risks. Key responsibilities include coaching business teams to design and implement effective controls, developing and implementing operational risk policies, procedures, and key risk indicators, and quantifying operational risk through stress testing and impact tolerance analysis. You'll own the risk incident management process, recording risk events and managing incident reports. Daily responsibilities involve monitoring operational risk against established limits and thresholds, producing reports for management and stakeholders, and maintaining risk tools and systems. You'll monitor KRI (Key Risk Indicator) breaches and collaborate with risk owners and the group risk team to resolve them within set timelines. Additionally, you'll conduct presentations and workshops on risk identification and mitigation strategies, helping the organization build a stronger risk culture. Required qualifications include 5+ years of senior-level experience in operational risk management within banking or financial services. You must understand core operational risk concepts, have demonstrated ability to interpret and organize complex matters, and possess experience with operational risk stress testing, quantification, and risk register development. Fluency in English with excellent communication skills is essential. Nice-to-have qualifications include a degree or certification in risk management, experience implementing third-party/vendor and model risk programs, familiarity with data or MI tools (SQL, BI tools) for analysis, and experience supporting regulatory interactions, inspections, or audits.
