Salonkee is a fast-growing beauty-tech company across Europe, providing an all-in-one software platform that simplifies appointment booking, payments, and customer management for salons. The company is expanding into France and seeking its first commercial team members.
As an Onboarding Specialist, you will be a key point of contact for customer success, responsible for guiding salon clients through their onboarding journey and ensuring a smooth, positive experience with the platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct 2–3 hour training sessions to onboard and educate clients on the Salonkee solution
- Provide product expertise and strategic advice to help clients maximize the value of their subscription
- Serve as the primary contact for client questions and requests
- Manage and monitor client relationships with a focus on delivering exceptional service and exceeding expectations
- Independently manage the Metz region, handling scheduling and client interactions autonomously
You will have direct access to leadership and genuine influence over commercial strategy from your first months. The role offers structured onboarding, product training, field mentoring from your manager in the early weeks, and access to best practices from Salonkee's teams already operating in six other European countries.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- Proven experience in account management or customer relationship management
- Strong analytical skills combined with creative problem-solving ability
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build immediate trust with independent entrepreneurs
- Comfortable with SaaS tools and tech environments; CRM proficiency is a plus
- Valid driver's license (Category B) required; you will manage the Metz region independently
- Native French speaker; professional English appreciated for collaboration with international teams
