Salary: EUR 28,000 - 34,000 / annual
Salonkee is a fast-growing beauty-tech company across Europe, providing an all-in-one software platform that simplifies appointment booking, payments, and customer management for salons. The company is expanding into France and seeking its first commercial team members.
As an Onboarding Specialist, you will be a key point of contact for customer success, responsible for guiding salon clients through implementation and ensuring they derive maximum value from the platform. You will conduct 2–3 hour training sessions, provide product expertise and advice, serve as the primary contact for client inquiries, and manage the customer experience with a focus on exceeding expectations and creating "WOW" moments of satisfaction.
Your responsibilities include:
- Integrating and training clients on the Salonkee solution through structured onboarding sessions
- Advising clients and sharing product expertise to help them maximize their subscription value
- Acting as the primary point of contact for all client questions and requests
- Managing and tracking client relationships with a clear focus on exceptional service delivery
You will manage the Lyon region autonomously, with structured support during your first weeks including product training, field accompaniment with your manager, and access to best practices from teams already operating in six other European countries. You will have direct access to leadership and genuine influence over commercial strategy from your first months.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- Proven experience in account management or customer relationship management
- Strong analytical capabilities combined with creative problem-solving approach
- Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to build immediate trust with independent entrepreneurs
- Digital native with comfort using SaaS tools and tech environments; CRM proficiency is a plus
- Valid driver's license (Category B) required; you will manage the Lyon region independently
- Native French speaker; professional English appreciated for collaboration with international teams
