Slang AI is transforming the restaurant industry through conversational AI solutions that enhance customer engagement. As an Implementation Manager, you will be the first point of contact for customers post-sale, guiding them through their onboarding journey with care and expertise.
Your primary responsibility is to deliver fast, thoughtful onboarding experiences that get customers live within days while ensuring confident adoption and success. You will guide customers through setup, configuration, integrations, and early usage, providing hands-on support and practical consultation tailored to their needs. Your work will focus on creating a strong first impression, building trust through consistency and follow-through, and helping customers realize value quickly from day one.
You will work within the Customer Experience and Support organization, partnering closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure a seamless experience. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple customer implementations simultaneously while maintaining high quality standards.
Key responsibilities include: welcoming customers and setting a positive tone for the relationship; launching customers within their first two weeks; guiding technical setup and configuration with urgency; removing friction and maintaining momentum throughout onboarding; and providing ongoing adoption support to ensure customer success.
