As an Onboarding Specialist, you will be responsible for training and supporting new restaurant partners as they implement inKind's platform. Your primary focus will be ensuring a smooth product implementation and configuration to set partners up for success. You will serve as the main point of contact for restaurant partners during the launch cycle, learning their business goals and teaching them how to effectively utilize inKind's tools and features.
Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinate onboarding and training programs for restaurant partners
- Manage a personal queue of new projects, location requests, and maintenance requests
- Serve as a subject matter expert on inKind's restaurant partner products and services
- Work cross-functionally with internal teams to refine partner experience processes
- Build and maintain relationships with external partners to continuously improve implementation processes
You will work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment where strong communication skills are essential. You'll interact regularly with external stakeholders and internal teams, requiring efficiency and adaptability. The role demands someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable learning new technologies and systems.
The position is based in Austin, Texas, with an expectation of full in-person work at the company's downtown office location, which features dog-friendly workspace and great views.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree plus 1 year of relevant experience
- Experience with team collaboration and presentation tools (Google Suite, Slack, Asana, Cordial, Keynote, or similar)
- Experience with project management, account portfolio planning, and/or prioritization
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with restaurants or food-related entities/clients
- Background in training or operational roles
