CoAnalyst, part of Comply365's Safety group, is seeking an Onboarding Engineer to own the complete customer implementation journey from contract signature to live deployment. You will be the single point of ownership for enterprise airline customers, managing the technical and project aspects of bringing them onto the platform.
The role combines three equally weighted responsibilities: hands-on engineering, project leadership, and customer relationship management. You will build REST API and file-based integrations with customer enterprise systems, execute historical data migrations at scale, configure SSO federation (AWS Cognito with Entra ID, OIDC, SAML), perform data mapping and validation, and manage privacy/redaction workflows. Simultaneously, you will own the implementation timeline, scope, and risk management, serving as the customer's primary contact and escalation path through go-live.
Key responsibilities include: designing and executing sign-to-live implementation plans; building integrations in Python/TypeScript; handling enterprise identity and access management; running steering calls with business and IT security stakeholders; documenting playbooks and reusable tooling to improve subsequent onboardings; and feeding customer insights back to the product team.
You will not handle pre-sales, hand off technical work to others, manage accounts post-go-live, or build core product features. The role is explicitly hybrid (EU/UK based) with up to 40% travel to customer sites and established core working hours for team overlap.
CoAnalyst uses AI to surface operational risks in airline data, working with major flag carriers at startup velocity within a scale-up structure. This is a genuinely hybrid role requiring proven capability across engineering, project delivery, and customer-facing communication.
