NODA AI, a veteran-owned, venture-backed technology company, is seeking an Office & Operations Manager to own workplace operations and serve as an operational partner to the Executive Assistant and leadership team in Austin, TX. This is a senior operational ownership role—not a front-desk position—that combines facilities management, vendor oversight, IT liaison, and executive operations support. You will own day-to-day operations and maintenance of NODA's Austin office, ensuring the environment is clean, functional, secure, and well-stocked. Key responsibilities include serving as the primary point of contact for building management and coordinating on maintenance requests, building updates, access control, and security systems. You will manage all office vendor relationships including cleaning services, supplies, furniture, equipment, and food & beverage, owning contracts, invoicing, and performance oversight. You will coordinate with IT on office infrastructure including network connectivity, hardware installation, AV systems, and conference room technology. You will manage office access, badge systems, visitor management, and physical security protocols in coordination with IT and security. Additional responsibilities include office supply procurement and inventory management, identifying and managing facilities improvement projects, and partnering with the Executive Assistant to plan and execute employee events, team celebrations, and all-hands logistics. You will support onboarding logistics for new hires, manage office-related budgets and expenses, develop and maintain office policies and emergency protocols, and serve as a reliable operational presence supporting leadership and the broader team. As NODA grows, this role will scale with increasing operational scope and responsibility. Required: 5+ years in office management, facilities management, executive operations, or workplace operations, ideally in technology, startup, defense, or high-growth environments. Demonstrated experience managing vendor relationships, facilities contracts, and building coordination. Experience coordinating with IT teams on office infrastructure, AV systems, network, and hardware. Experience supporting executive operations and partnering with leadership teams. Strong organizational skills managing multiple concurrent projects and priorities. Experience managing budgets, processing invoices, and tracking facilities expenses. Excellent written and verbal communication with ability to build relationships across all levels.
