Build is an AI company focused on automating complex real estate development and acquisitions workflows using agentic AI. The company partners with major institutional real estate investors, developers, and governments to accelerate built-world projects from concept to completion.
This role serves as the operational hub for Build's CEO and leadership team. You will manage the day-to-day operations of the executive office across London and New York locations, handling scheduling, logistics, and travel independently without requiring supervision. Your responsibilities include intercepting and triaging inbound communications to determine what requires executive attention versus what can be resolved or delegated, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
You will serve as a critical communication bridge between leadership and the broader team, keeping staff informed of executive priorities and translating strategic direction into operational clarity. You'll coordinate time-sensitive operational tasks across the organization to prevent executives from being pulled into tactical work. This includes preparing briefings, context documents, and meeting materials for high-stakes discussions.
The role requires managing sensitive commercial, financial, and personal information with complete discretion. You will also design and maintain the systems and processes that enable the office to run smoothly and self-sufficiently rather than requiring constant hands-on management.
You should have experience operating in fast-paced, senior-level environments where you understand that the job is about keeping things moving proactively without being asked. You are calm under pressure, skilled at building relationships across all organizational levels, and comfortable holding significant context while maintaining appropriate boundaries. The role is based in New York and/or London as required by business needs.
