Mend.io, an AI-native application security platform, is seeking an Office Manager & Employee Experience Partner to join their HR team based in Givatayim, Israel. This is a hands-on role with significant ownership of the day-to-day employee and workplace experience across the organization.
In this position, you will own the full operational scope of the Givatayim office, including vendor management, facilities (kitchen, supplies, cleaning, maintenance, parking, equipment), budget management, and purchase orders in coordination with Finance. You'll be the primary point of contact for all service providers, handling sourcing, negotiation, and quality assurance.
Beyond office operations, you'll build and execute the annual welfare and engagement calendar, coordinating company events, celebrations, holidays, milestones, gifts, and swag. You'll work closely with HR colleagues to develop region-specific welfare plans that resonate with local employees and support internal communications around company activities and HR initiatives.
You'll own the operational aspects of employee onboarding and offboarding, including workspace setup, IT coordination, equipment provisioning, and ensuring a strong day-one experience. You'll also coordinate travel logistics for employees and visiting colleagues, including flights, hotels, and support for offsites and conferences.
The ideal candidate brings 4+ years of experience as an Office Manager, Employee Experience, or People Operations professional in high-tech or startup environments, with demonstrated ability to own functions end-to-end. You should have experience supporting employees in global companies, strong organizational skills to juggle multiple priorities, and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset. Fluency in Hebrew and English (spoken and written) is essential, along with experience managing vendors, procurement, invoices, and budgets. This is a hybrid role requiring 4 days per week onsite.
