The Provincial Medical Lead for New Brunswick is a key clinical leadership role within Rocket Doctor's Clinical Leadership Team. This director-level position focuses on growing and optimizing the company's presence in New Brunswick and Atlantic Canada. The role combines physician recruitment, clinical operations establishment, and provider engagement to build a strong provincial community.
Key responsibilities include: supporting recruitment, onboarding, and retention of New Brunswick physicians; building and strengthening the provincial physician community; investigating and responding to patient and provider concerns; reviewing and refining clinical workflows specific to New Brunswick for efficiency and compliance; maintaining active communication with practicing physicians; serving as a clinical leader for virtual care growth; and liaising with New Brunswick health authorities and partners.
The Provincial Medical Lead participates in broader MD Lead initiatives to support cross-provincial alignment and company-wide growth.
