As a Named Customer Success Manager, you will own a portfolio of high-potential customers, building deep relationships and driving meaningful value realization as their businesses grow. This is a highly consultative, hands-on role that balances strategic relationship management with product expertise.
Key responsibilities include:
- Owning and developing relationships across a portfolio of high-potential customers
- Leading customers through the full lifecycle: onboarding, adoption, value realization, renewals, and expansion
- Developing deep understanding of each customer's business, GTM motion, goals, and challenges
- Identifying potential early within a product-led customer base and helping customers deepen adoption as they scale
- Advising customers on workflow structure, processes, and optimal use of Attio
- Balancing strategic relationship management with hands-on solutioning, moving between business goals and product configuration
- Building trusted partnerships across customer organizations
- Using customer data, product insights, and business context to identify risks and opportunities
- Identifying expansion opportunities based on customer needs and growth
- Partnering cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, RevOps, Solutions Engineering, Support, and Sales
- Bringing customer insights back to shape Attio's product and Customer Success motion

REQUIREMENTS:
- 5+ years of relevant professional experience, including 3+ years in Customer Success or Account Management
- Experience owning customer relationships in B2B software, ideally across SMB and mid-market customers in a product-led environment
- Consultative approach with ability to understand customer business before proposing solutions
- Strong product instincts and track record of coaching customers on complex software products
- Comfort working hands-on with customers to solve problems rather than relying on separate technical/implementation teams
- Experience owning customer outcomes across adoption, retention, renewals, and expansion
- Strong commercial instincts and ability to recognize customer potential beyond current spend or company size
- Comfort working with fast-growing companies and lean teams with changing priorities
- Data-driven approach to portfolio prioritization, risk identification, and opportunity discovery
- Experience at an early- or growth-stage startup
- Proactive mindset and comfort operating with autonomy in fast-moving environment
