Anduril Industries is seeking a Full Stack Software Engineer to join the Multinational Digital Infrastructure (MDI) team, responsible for designing, deploying, and sustaining classified systems that power global Maritime and AUKUS missions. This role bridges software development and systems engineering, architecting solutions that integrate seamlessly across Maritime platforms, secure classified environments, and corporate IT systems.
You will develop both frontend and backend components of mission-critical systems. On the frontend, you'll build intuitive user interfaces for command-and-control (C2) systems, mission dashboards, and system health monitoring tools. On the backend, you'll design scalable, secure APIs and microservices that enable seamless data flow across heterogeneous networks, edge devices, and cloud environments. You'll extend and enhance the Lattice OS platform—Anduril's AI-powered operating system—by building tools and software interfaces to integrate Maritime systems, unmanned vehicles, and classified cloud environments.
Systems engineering is equally critical. You'll develop integrations between sensors, mission systems, network devices, and multinational defense environments, ensuring operational data flow between undersea platforms, edge systems, and classified networks. You'll implement secure networking solutions including mesh networking architectures, fault-tolerant data pipelines, and edge-to-cloud systems used in classified operations across sovereign and multinational domains. Collaboration with corporate IT and networking teams ensures operational and administrative systems meet enterprise reliability, scalability, and security requirements.
The role has a strong global mission focus. You'll develop and test solutions supporting bilateral and multinational operations in the U.S., Australia, and UK, with emphasis on AUKUS joint missions. You'll work closely with hardware, autonomy, DevOps, and infrastructure teams to ensure seamless end-to-end integration. Field support for multinational exercises and testing is expected, including real-time troubleshooting of integration issues.
You'll also contribute to technical documentation, writing integration guides, API documentation, software deployment procedures, and best practices that ensure repeatability across engineering teams. Lessons learned from real-world deployments will inform the next generation of Lattice and Maritime systems.
