Eye Security is a fast-growing European cybersecurity scale-up (170+ FTEs, Netherlands-headquartered) that combines cutting-edge threat detection and response technology with embedded cyber insurance solutions. The company brings together talent from intelligence, military, tech, and consulting backgrounds to make enterprise-grade cybersecurity accessible beyond Fortune 500 enterprises.
You will be Eye's first on-the-ground hire in the Nordics, building out the regional sales presence by establishing and expanding the managed service provider (MSP) partner ecosystem. This is a high-impact, entrepreneurial role with significant ownership of a greenfield market opportunity.
Key responsibilities:
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new MSP partners in Sweden and Denmark, developing long-term relationships based on trust and mutual value.
- Support partners through the full lifecycle: initial discussions, contract negotiation, onboarding, and joint business planning.
- Collaborate on co-marketing and go-to-market initiatives to drive partner growth and Eye's market penetration.
- Represent Eye at partner meetings, trade fairs, and industry events across the Nordics.
- Work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and other teams to align strategy and maximize regional impact.
- Travel regularly within Sweden and Denmark to build and maintain partner relationships.
The role offers flexibility in work setup, supporting Eye's distributed European team, with regular in-person company gatherings for collaboration and team building.
Requirements:
- Proven experience building and expanding partnerships: direct MSP channel experience, partner ecosystem development, or new business development in SaaS/software environments.
- Strong commercial acumen with a proactive, hunter-oriented sales mindset.
- Background in software or SaaS sales; cybersecurity domain knowledge is a plus.
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
- Fluency in Swedish or Danish, with good English proficiency.
- Willingness and flexibility to travel regularly within the Nordics (Sweden & Denmark focus).
