Salary: PLN 11,900 - 18,700 / monthly

The Motion Designer role sits within Revolut's Brand Studio, responsible for creating motion designs that bring the brand to life across multiple geographies and customer touchpoints. This is a hybrid position based in Krakow, Poland, with remote flexibility within Poland, Portugal, Spain, UAE, and UK.
Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering creative, forward-thinking motion designs that align with Revolut's brand standards
- Creating end cards and supplementary designs for video integration
- Editing new and existing video footage to meet brand guidelines
- Building and maintaining a comprehensive video asset library with clear guidelines
- Collaborating with the Localisation team to manage multiple geographic versions, coordinate voice-over talent, and deliver final assets to Marketing Managers
Required qualifications:
- 2+ years of professional motion design experience
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, and related tools)
- Strong video editing skills and knowledge of common video/audio file formats
- Basic audio editing capabilities
- Familiarity with Figma and spreadsheet tools (Excel/Sheets)
- Ability to manage multiple creative projects across different regions simultaneously
Nice-to-have skills include experience with creative management platforms (Celtra, Ad.lib) and colour-grading expertise.
Compensation for the Krakow and Poland locations ranges from PLN 11,900 to PLN 18,700 gross monthly, with final offers based on qualifications and experience. Other office locations (Dubai, Lisbon, London, Madrid, Porto) have compensation discussed during interviews.
