We are seeking a mid-level Motion Designer to join our Brand Design team, reporting to the Brand Design Team Lead and collaborating closely with our VP of Brand and Communications. This role is central to Aidoc's mission to break the mold of clinical, forgettable healthtech branding by creating bold, distinctive visual experiences.
Key responsibilities include:
- Design and animate motion graphics for brand campaigns, product videos, and advertising across digital, social, OOH, and video pre-roll formats
- Translate static brand and campaign designs into dynamic motion content that adheres to brand guidelines
- Collaborate with marketing stakeholders and external vendors from concept through final delivery
- Edit and composite video assets, including sound syncing, color correction, and basic VFX
- Manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously, from quick social content to large campaign deliverables
- Maintain and evolve motion design systems and templates to ensure consistent, scalable brand execution
- Explore and implement AI tools and workflows for video and animation
Required qualifications:
- 4–6 years of professional motion design experience in brand, advertising, or in-house creative environments
- Strong portfolio demonstrating brand-driven animation, typography in motion, and storytelling through movement
- Proficiency in Figma and Adobe applications (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects); familiarity with 3D workflows
- Hands-on experience with AI-powered and emerging tools in motion/design (generative AI for video and animation)
- Experience working within brand guidelines and adapting motion systems across formats
- Ability to take feedback constructively and iterate quickly under deadlines
- Strong collaboration and presentation skills with creative and marketing stakeholders
- Fluent English communication, both written and spoken
- Proactive, independent approach to leading motion design projects from start to finish
