Ocrolus is hiring a Mortgage Technical Enablement Manager to lead customer enablement execution for its rapidly growing mortgage business. You will report to the General Manager of Mortgage and own the end-to-end enablement strategy, from customer onboarding through ongoing technical training and educational content delivery.
In this role, you'll partner closely with Product, Engineering, Product Marketing, Revenue, and Customer Success to design and deliver world-class enablement materials that accelerate customer launches, increase product adoption, and drive measurable outcomes. You'll build clear, engaging learning experiences that teach lenders how to use Ocrolus's platform to originate mortgages end-to-end—translating complex product capabilities (income calculations, document indexing, LOS integrations, AI classifiers) into step-by-step curriculum, hands-on labs, and playbooks for both technical and non-technical users.
Key responsibilities include: designing scalable onboarding and education programs (instructor-led trainings, on-demand eLearning, role-based learning paths, technical playbooks, integration guides, certification programs); creating progressive, modular curriculum mapped to mortgage origination workflows; producing hands-on materials (sandbox exercises, labs, demo scripts, templates, runbooks, checklists); running kickoffs, launch workshops, technical deep dives, and train-the-trainer sessions; partnering with Product and Engineering to translate features into practical guidance; defining onboarding readiness criteria with Revenue and Product Marketing; measuring enablement effectiveness with KPIs (time-to-production, launch velocity, adoption, CSAT, certification completion, support deflection); capturing customer feedback to inform product documentation; and representing Ocrolus externally at webinars and customer events.
You should bring a passion for education and curriculum design with 2+ years building and delivering technical enablement, customer training, or implementation programs. Mortgage industry exposure (underwriting, operations, LOS work, or mortgage product experience) is required. You'll need strong presentation and facilitation skills, experience producing customer-facing documentation, comfort working cross-functionally, data-driven mindset, and excellent written communication skills.
