Salary: USD 146,000 - 194,000 / annual
Anduril Industries is seeking a Mission Systems Integration Engineer to support the design, integration, and validation of RF-based military systems. In this role, you will own end-to-end system testing and integration of payloads, subcomponents, amplifiers, and antennas for air dominance and strike platforms. You will leverage hands-on expertise in RF design, testing, and troubleshooting to rapidly integrate both internal and third-party RF systems.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting comprehensive RF system testing (power measurements, pulse response/synchronization, network analysis, environmental and stress testing)
- Leading air vehicle integration and checkout efforts, including EMI/interference testing and installed performance validation
- Developing test setups using state-of-the-art RF equipment such as spectrum and network analyzers
- Validating system performance in close collaboration with design and systems engineers
- Supporting flight test events and large-scale customer-facing validation exercises
- Communicating technical results internally and externally
- Working across Anduril teams to integrate advanced autonomy, AI, and sensor fusion capabilities
Required qualifications include an active U.S. Secret security clearance (with eligibility for Top Secret), 2+ years of RF system integration and validation experience, 5+ years in relevant science or engineering fields, and proven hands-on expertise with RF test equipment and measurement techniques. Domain expertise in communications, sensors, and effector systems (radar, ESM, EW) is essential.
Preferred qualifications include experience with analog and digital systems integration, software development for automated testing, simulation tools (ADS, ANSYS HFSS, COMSOL, MATLAB), advanced sensing domains (EO/IR, ESM, EA, EW, LIDAR), and air vehicle design/integration/test/fielding experience.
