Second Front Systems is seeking a Mission Success Manager to lead customer success for commercial clients deploying on Game Warden, a SaaS platform serving government and regulated networks. You will be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of customers, guiding them through the entire lifecycle: onboarding, implementation, FedRAMP/Authority to Operate compliance, steady-state support, and renewal. You will own customer relationships end-to-end, serving as the connective tissue between customers and internal teams (engineering, security, product, support). Key responsibilities include building deep relationships with customer technical and executive teams; leading kickoffs, regular syncs, and Quarterly Business Reviews; managing high-severity technical escalations and coordinating cross-functional resolution; navigating customers through complex compliance processes (NIST RMF, FedRAMP); and identifying renewal and upsell opportunities. You bring 5+ years in customer success, technical delivery, or related roles, ideally supporting PaaS/cloud infrastructure in government contracts. Direct experience supporting Department of War or Federal Civilian agencies is required. You have working knowledge of NIST RMF, FedRAMP, or equivalent compliance frameworks, and demonstrated understanding of IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS. You excel at managing complex relationships through ambiguity and can communicate fluidly between technical and non-technical audiences. Preferred qualifications include direct experience managing customer relationships in IaaS/PaaS/SaaS environments, experience in fast-paced startups, and operational fluency with Salesforce and Jira. Second Front is a public-benefit software company backed by top-tier venture capital, built by national security veterans. The role is fully remote but candidates must reside in one of four approved hiring hubs: DC/Maryland/Virginia, Raleigh/Durham/Chapel Hill NC, Denver/Colorado Springs CO, or Dallas/Fort Worth TX.
