Anduril Industries is seeking a Mission Operations Manager for its UK team to lead the delivery and operational success of Maritime Security solutions. This role sits at the intersection of Anduril's product, engineering, and customer teams, requiring ownership of customer relationships and end-to-end deployment of advanced defense technology.
Key responsibilities include orchestrating the deployment of Anduril's Maritime Sentry hardware and software products, managing field operations, training end users, and ensuring high product performance. You will own the planning and execution of complex deployments in collaboration with engineering, logistics, and technical operations teams. The role requires close customer engagement to understand how products are being used operationally and to identify improvements.
Beyond operations, you will drive commercial growth by establishing trust-based partnerships with customers, identifying future opportunities for Anduril's technology, and meeting growth targets. You will represent customer needs internally, working with product and engineering teams to shape solutions that address critical national and international security challenges.
This position demands cross-functional collaboration across business development, engineering, product, logistics, finance, legal, contracting, and technical operations. You will be responsible for ensuring all internal stakeholders are engaged and informed throughout the customer lifecycle.
