Notion is seeking an Outcomes Architect to drive customer adoption, value realization, and renewal outcomes for a portfolio of named accounts. This role sits at the intersection of customer success, solutions consulting, and account management—you'll be the build-beside partner helping customers turn AI ambition into working systems within Notion. You will own workflow adoption and value delivery for a book of accounts, with particular focus on flat, at-risk, or customers needing a stronger path to measurable impact. You'll partner closely with Solutions Consultants on account strategy, expansion qualification, and planning while directly shaping outcomes that strengthen customer partnerships and contribute to predictable revenue. Key responsibilities include: driving workflow adoption and value realization across your account book; contributing directly to NRR through predictable renewals and expansion pipeline; partnering on strategy for expansion and renewal of shared accounts, including ownership of flat and at-risk renewals; defining and maintaining mutual success plans that guide customers through AI transformation and demonstrate ROI to executives via periodic business reviews; facilitating use-case consultations to identify new workflow opportunities; identifying opportunities to engage Services for complex implementations; and building repeatable Outcomes Architect programs across Notion's install base. You bring 5+ years of experience driving customer adoption, value realization, renewals, or expansion in B2B software. You have strong customer-facing discovery instincts, can understand business problems and map workflows into practical implementation plans, and possess technical fluency to co-design and troubleshoot Notion workspaces. You understand commercial dynamics, can design workflows that drive usage-based consumption, and excel at program and stakeholder management across a book of accounts. You operate with agency, urgency, and customer empathy, bringing structure to ambiguous problems. Native-level Japanese and business-level English are required. Nice-to-haves include prior experience in customer success, solutions consulting, implementation, or technical account management for productivity/collaboration software; experience with flat or at-risk renewals; shared account ownership models; and designing repeatable customer programs at scale.
