Motive is a B2B SaaS platform that empowers physical operations teams—including safety, operations, and finance—with tools to manage drivers, vehicles, equipment, and fleet spend in a single system. The company serves nearly 100,000 customers across transportation, logistics, construction, energy, field service, manufacturing, agriculture, food & beverage, retail, and public sector.
As Mid-Market Marketing Manager, you will own demand generation strategy and execution for Motive's mid-market segment. You'll plan, execute, and optimize programmatic ABM and full-funnel campaigns, working cross-functionally with content marketing, product marketing, and marketing operations to ensure accurate targeting and messaging alignment with buyer journeys.
Key responsibilities include: developing campaign and creative briefs independently; partnering with channel owners across 6sense Display, LinkedIn, email, webinars, and direct mail; owning end-to-end execution for select channels; building testing and iteration cycles into campaigns; and leveraging AI tools to accelerate personalization and insight generation. You'll maintain target account lists, apply buyer funnel stage definitions and conversion benchmarks to inform decisions, and proactively flag and resolve targeting and list hygiene issues.
You'll also drive sales partnership and enablement—aligning marketing campaigns with outbound and inbound motions, providing sales teams with targeting direction and sales plays, maintaining regular communication on campaign performance, and attending select sales meetings to stay aligned on priorities. Finally, you'll monitor campaign performance and pipeline contribution against goals, identify optimization opportunities, and partner with marketing analytics to maintain dashboards and reporting.
The ideal candidate brings a marketer's curiosity and builder's mindset, understands the mid-market buyer and what motivates them, questions assumptions, tests new approaches, and continuously sharpens their AI skill set. You're comfortable operating in ambiguity and a fast-paced environment where priorities shift, and you're motivated to find solutions rather than discouraged by blockers.
