Salary: PLN 9,500 - 14,600 / monthly
Revolut is seeking a Mid-Market Account Executive to drive customer growth in the Polish market. You will be responsible for activating new mid-market customers, prospecting high-potential accounts based on key indicators (annual turnover, employee count, business nature), and conducting discovery and qualification to assess customer needs during the sign-up process.
Your core responsibilities include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the mid-market segment, providing guidance and support to prospective customers, and collaborating with Product Sales Executives to deepen relationships through cross-selling and product feedback loops. You'll manage the full sales cycle, closing high-value deals with medium to long sales cycles while building expert relationships with multiple decision-makers, including C-suite executives (CFOs, Heads of Treasury and Finance).
Required qualifications: fluency in English and Polish; 1+ years as a Sales or Business Development Representative; 3+ years as an Account Executive managing full sales cycles; proven track record closing high-value deals; strong prospecting skills; experience in fast-paced tech/fintech environments with knowledge of local competitors; excellent relationship-building and communication skills; ability to articulate product capabilities to large customers; cross-functional collaboration experience with Product and Support teams.
Nice-to-have skills include fluency in additional European languages, experience selling financial products, and Salesforce proficiency.
