Rubrik is seeking a Mid-Market Account Executive based in Munich to drive new customer acquisition in the German market. You will own full-cycle sales processes for small to mid-sized accounts, prospecting through closing, while managing a strategic pipeline of opportunities. The role involves defining and executing territory sales plans to meet quota, identifying growth opportunities with mid-market clients, presenting Rubrik's data protection and cyber resilience solutions in complex data center environments, and co-selling with channel partners and distributors to accelerate growth.
You will work closely with sales engineers and channel partners, providing market feedback to leadership on local opportunities and potential partnerships. Rubrik's Inside Sales organization emphasizes professional development through world-class sales enablement and the "One Rubrik" selling approach, designed to help you exceed goals and advance toward a field Account Executive role.
Required experience includes a minimum of 2+ years in full-cycle tech sales (IT Infrastructure, SaaS, or both), a proven track record of landing new logos with commercial/mid-market accounts, and experience working with channel partners. You should be highly driven, goal-oriented, and comfortable selling complex solutions. Preferred qualifications include a bachelor's degree, familiarity with MEDDPICC sales methodology, and proficiency with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Salesforce.
