As a Mid-level Product Manager, you will own the strategy, roadmap, and priorities for an assigned product or product area. Your responsibilities include developing deep understanding of customers, users, business needs, and market trends; translating customer problems into clear product requirements and outcomes; and partnering closely with Engineering and UX throughout discovery, development, testing, launch, and iteration.
You will prioritize features and initiatives by balancing customer value, business impact, technical considerations, effort, and risk. You'll gather and synthesize feedback from customers, Sales, Customer Success, Support, and other stakeholders. Using product analytics, customer insights, and market data, you'll evaluate performance and guide decisions. You'll define success measures and monitor product adoption, utilization, customer experience, and business impact.
Additionally, you'll partner with go-to-market teams to support product launches, positioning, enablement, and adoption. You'll communicate roadmap priorities, product decisions, progress, and trade-offs clearly to stakeholders. The role includes identifying opportunities to leverage AI, automation, and emerging technologies to improve the product and customer experience, and using AI-enabled tools to improve product discovery, research, requirements development, analysis, and day-to-day product management. You'll continuously learn, test assumptions, and adjust priorities based on results.
Success in this role means understanding the customer problem behind requests, bringing clarity to competing priorities, building strong partnerships across teams, using data and customer insight to make thoughtful decisions, and consistently moving products from idea to measurable customer and business value.
