Loop Returns is seeking an Enterprise Merchant Success Manager to serve as a strategic advisor to the company's larger, more complex merchant relationships. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for enterprise-level merchants, responsible for optimizing the value of their Loop partnership and driving measurable business outcomes. You will own the full merchant lifecycle for your portfolio, beginning with strategic onboarding and continuing through ongoing support and account management. Your core responsibilities include: translating complex data and Loop's capabilities into clear, compelling value stories tailored to merchant executives; aligning stakeholders across merchant organizations (both executive and operational levels); identifying expansion opportunities and deepening partnerships; mobilizing appropriate Loop resources based on merchant needs and business impact; and building durable, long-term relationships that drive retention and growth. This role requires strong business acumen, empathy, and excellent communication skills. You'll navigate sophisticated organizations, manage multiple stakeholder priorities, and demonstrate cross-functional leadership. You'll work closely with internal teams across product, operations, and support to ensure merchants achieve their goals with Loop. Loop is a fast-growing commerce platform, and this role will evolve as the company scales through new phases. The ideal candidate has a track record of success managing complex B2B relationships, translating business needs into strategic outcomes, and thriving in dynamic, growth-oriented environments. You should have examples of navigating sophisticated organizations, aligning diverse stakeholders, and driving measurable results. The position is fully remote for candidates located in the United States. Loop maintains a blended working environment with headquarters in Columbus, Ohio, and distributed team members across the US, select Canadian provinces, the UK, and select Australian states.
