Gigi is an agentic operating system for enterprise media buying, with an AI media manager for Amazon DSP that has grown to manage hundreds of millions in advertising spend since launching in summer 2025. The company is backed by Golden Ventures and Aperiam Ventures, with a founding team that spent 15+ years in Amazon Ads and programmatic, including a prior $100M+ exit. Revenue has doubled in the past two months with expectations to double again by early Q4. You will own end-to-end deployment and adoption of Gigi across assigned customer accounts, managing the full customer lifecycle from onboarding through expansion. Key responsibilities include: deploying Gigi across new customers, driving adoption across existing customers to maximize product utilization, identifying and closing upsell and cross-sell opportunities with uncapped commission upside, translating customer needs into internal documentation and feedback loops with Engineering, and partnering with Product, Engineering, Design, and leadership on platform improvements. Uniquely, this is not a passive relationship-management seat. You'll work directly on the product itself, helping write and refine the skills, prompts, and guardrails that determine how Gigi operates live customer accounts. You'll become an expert on Amazon DSP and programmatic media, manage >$1M in revenue within six months, and drive expansion revenue 10%+ above baseline within twelve months. You bring 3-8 years of customer-facing experience in account management, media agencies, or consulting, with strong analytical skills and comfort in fast-moving, ambiguous environments. Bonus experience includes advertising or ecommerce backgrounds (retail media, Amazon Ads, DV360), product instincts (PRD writing, success metrics, roadmap contribution), and familiarity with LLMs and AI agents (prompting, evaluation, guardrails, tooling, workflow design). The role is demanding: the team is all-in on building a generational business, customers are large agencies with entrenched workflows and skeptical media buyers, the product changes weekly, and you'll often be the whole team on your accounts with no tier-two support or pre-written playbooks. You work in-office in downtown Toronto five days a week with catered lunches, comprehensive benefits, and top-of-the-line Apple equipment.
