8090 Solutions is seeking a Member of GTM Staff to own end-to-end complex enterprise deal cycles within one or two of five commercial verticals: Manufacturing, Life Sciences/Med Devices, Financial Services, Technology Media and Telecom, and Insurance. The company has built a Software Factory that modernizes legacy technologies and builds bespoke software solutions for Fortune 2000 customers. 8090 prices modernization work on a deliverables basis and custom software on a milestone basis, offering a differentiated approach in the market. The technical teams are described as world-class with significant tools and resources available. This role requires high agency and near-complete autonomy. Successful candidates will grow into Senior Member of GTM Staff roles and potentially lead a vertical. The position is not for someone who needs a playbook; it demands a founder-like mindset with bias for action, persistence, and comfort with ambiguity. Key responsibilities include: managing end-to-end deal cycles from prospecting through contract execution and relationship maintenance; building relationships with customer executives and creating high-quality business cases with clear ROI articulation; running technical discovery with cross-functional teams (TPMs, Forward Deployed Engineers) to assess workflows, cost structures, data maturity, and AI readiness; executing complex seven-figure TCV deals in accelerated timelines; multi-threaded executive engagement across C-suite and functional leaders; developing tools and agents that enhance sales efficiency; and evangelizing 8090 through workshops, events, and analyst engagement. The role emphasizes working fluency in AI/LLM concepts and the SDLC, with an expectation that successful candidates are full-stack sales professionals eager to roll up sleeves and get involved in details. REQUIREMENTS: - 5-10 years of enterprise sales experience selling large-scale SaaS, data, or AI transformation programs - Proven track record closing seven-figure TCV deals with complex, multi-stakeholder buying processes involving C-suite, Finance, Legal, and InfoSec - Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships with senior executives (CIOs, CFOs, COOs) well above your title level - Track record of punching above your weight with executive references - Genuine curiosity about one or two of the five verticals (either prior sales experience or hunger to learn) - Strong commercial and deal-craft instincts including pricing conversations, negotiation, and creative deal structures - Working fluency in AI/LLM concepts and the SDLC - Founder-like mindset: high bias for action, persistence, grit, comfort with ambiguity, and high agency - No team leadership required; focus on individual deal carrying and quota attainment - US employment eligibility required; no visa sponsorship provided
