DevRev is hiring a Forward Deployed AI Strategist to serve as the lead technical strategist embedded with enterprise customers. You'll own the end-to-end design of AI-driven business transformation projects, from understanding domain-specific needs to architecting scalable agent-based solutions using DevRev's platform.
Key responsibilities include deeply understanding customer business domains and OKRs to guide solution design; architecting AI-driven workflows, agents, and system integrations aligned with customer goals; building strong partnerships with customer stakeholders as their trusted technical advisor; bridging pre-sales, customer success, and engineering teams to ensure requirements are actionable; designing modular, scalable solutions reusable across customers and verticals; collaborating with Applied AI engineers to oversee implementation; supporting pre-sales in scoping opportunities and defining technical requirements; staying ahead of emerging AI and business transformation trends; and ensuring all solutions meet performance, security, and compliance standards.
You'll need 7+ years in solution architecture or consulting roles focused on enterprise-scale, customer-facing software implementations. Required skills include hands-on experience with generative AI tools, cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), and modern integration patterns; strong business acumen to translate customer priorities into technical execution; design thinking and problem-solving abilities; exceptional communication skills for diverse stakeholders; proficiency with project planning tools and methodologies; proven ability to define and track success through OKRs and KPIs; background in SaaS or enterprise platforms with understanding of extensibility and multi-tenant design; and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline. Advanced degrees or certifications in AI/architecture frameworks (TOGAF, SAFe) are a plus.
