Included Health seeks a Medical Director to lead care, case, and utilization management programs. This physician leader owns clinical direction and program performance for CCM and UM initiatives, reporting to the Senior Medical Director of Complex Care.
The role is fundamentally operational: you own outcomes and performance targets, not just clinical standards. Success is measured by hitting program performance and quality metrics while bending the cost curve through member navigation to high-quality care, health education, and support during vulnerable moments.
You will translate organizational priorities into clinical operations that scale, bringing an evidence-based perspective and comfort operating under ambiguity. Responsibilities include ensuring programs contribute to clinical outcomes, meet client commitments, and satisfy third-party oversight requirements.
