inDrive is seeking a Media Manager to join the Marketing team and own media planning and execution across Mexico and Central America. This hands-on role focuses on upper- and mid-funnel media strategy, developing solutions that build brand awareness, consideration, and drive business growth. Key Responsibilities: - Own end-to-end media planning and buying for Mexico and Central America, aligned with regional business and marketing priorities - Develop upper- and mid-funnel media strategies aimed at driving reach, awareness, consideration, and business impact - Translate marketing briefs and business objectives into effective cross-channel media plans - Define optimal media mix across online and offline channels based on campaign objectives, audience, market specifics, and budget - Independently manage media projects from initial planning through campaign launch, optimization, and post-campaign analysis - Coordinate campaign execution with media agencies, platforms, vendors, and internal marketing teams across the region - Monitor campaign performance and identify optimization opportunities - Evaluate media and business results, turning data into actionable insights and recommendations - Prepare clear campaign reports and presentations explaining performance, causation, and next steps - Build and maintain strong relationships with media agencies, publishers, platforms, and external partners - Identify new media formats, channels, and innovations; recommend testing opportunities - Support influencer marketing initiatives and evaluate activation formats as part of the broader media mix Requirements: - 5+ years of experience in media planning, media buying, advertising, or related field - Strong experience with upper- and mid-funnel media campaigns, including brand awareness and consideration objectives - Experience working across Mexico and/or Central American markets (highly desirable) - Ability to independently manage the full media planning process rather than relying entirely on agencies - Strong understanding of both digital and offline media channels and their role across different marketing funnel stages - Ability to select the right channels and formats depending on marketing objective and target audience - Hands-on experience with media analytics, planning, and reporting tools - Strong understanding of media measurement and core/proxy KPIs for different channels and funnel stages - Experience in campaign tracking, optimization, and post-campaign analysis - Strong analytical skills and ability to connect media performance with business outcomes - Ability to turn data into insights, hypotheses, and concrete recommendations - Understanding of influencer marketing and its role within the broader media ecosystem - Strong presentation and storytelling skills; ability to turn complex information into simple, convincing recommendations - Confidence working with multiple stakeholders and external partners across different markets - Curiosity about advertising trends, emerging platforms, new formats, and media innovation
