You will serve as the strategic right hand to the CMO and senior operator for the global marketing organization. Your primary responsibilities include building the planning infrastructure, AI-native systems, and strategic programs that enable a world-class marketing team to move at speed and make decisions with clarity. Key responsibilities: - Partner with the CMO, marketing leadership team, and cross-functional stakeholders to translate high-level strategy into clear plans, milestones, and measurable outcomes - Own the marketing organization's planning infrastructure end-to-end: quarterly and annual cycles, goal-setting, milestone tracking, and resource alignment - Build the reporting layer that provides the CMO and marketing leadership real-time visibility into what's on track, what's at risk, and where to focus next - Drive and build AI-native systems and processes for managing marketing workflows at scale - Build clarity and consistency across a globally distributed team working from San Francisco to Stockholm - Lead high-priority, ad-hoc business initiatives that don't have an obvious home You should have 10+ years of experience in marketing, strategy, or management consulting with meaningful time in operational roles at high-growth tech companies. You have a proven track record of building operational infrastructure from the ground up—the systems, rhythms, and processes that globally distributed teams rely on as they scale. Deep experience running planning cycles at the company or function level is essential; you've owned OKRs, resource plans, and roadmaps. Experience supporting globally distributed teams and building with AI daily, including implementing AI-driven workflows, is required.
