You will be the founding Marketing Operations Manager, building marketing ops infrastructure from the ground up for a fast-growing marketing and revenue organization. This is a 0-to-1 role where you'll establish systems, processes, and reporting that enable the team to scale. Key responsibilities: - Own CRM administration (HubSpot) and manage integrations with tools like Default, Lemlist, LinkedIn Sales Nav, and Fireflies - Design and implement lead routing and attribution processes to ensure leads are correctly attributed to campaigns and routed to sales reps - Partner with Demand Gen to build lead lifecycle workflows, audience segmentation, and email hygiene standards - Improve HubSpot campaign modeling to help field marketing and demand generation demonstrate ROI - Build and maintain dashboards and reporting cadences covering pipeline generation, channel performance, funnel conversion, and marketing-sourced/influenced revenue - Identify automation and workflow redesign opportunities using AI and better systems design - Document processes and enable self-service across the organization This role requires someone who enjoys building systems from scratch, works well with stakeholders, and is already using AI to enhance daily workflows. You'll operate at the intersection of marketing, sales, and finance, with exposure to how AI is transforming operations. REQUIREMENTS: - 4+ years in Marketing Operations, GTM Systems, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Growth Operations with substantial hands-on systems-building responsibility - Hands-on experience administering HubSpot as both a CRM and marketing automation platform - Demonstrated ability to build something in Claude Code (or similar) with a live URL you can share - Analytical mindset: comfortable interpreting data, spotting trends, and translating findings into actionable recommendations - Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment - Excellent cross-functional communication skills and comfort working with senior stakeholders across Marketing, Sales, and Finance - Experience leveraging AI to reimagine how GTM ops works - Experience owning systems as the main or solo admin NICE TO HAVE: - Experience at a developer-facing or API-first company, or selling to technical buyers - Experience building agentic workflows (multi-step AI systems, not just single prompts) - Early-stage startup experience and comfort with startup pace
