Voltera is a rapidly scaling, profitable Canadian tech company founded in 2013 that develops additive electronics solutions. The company's flagship products—the V-One PCB printer and NOVA materials dispensing system—enable fast iteration of circuit board designs and precision dispensing of functional materials for flexible hybrid electronics prototyping. Customers span 92 countries and use Voltera's products in cutting-edge applications from medical electronics to aerospace. As Marketing Operations Specialist, you will own the day-to-day management and optimization of Voltera's marketing technology stack, primarily HubSpot. Key responsibilities include managing contact databases, email sequences, newsletters, forms, and analytics; identifying workflow improvements and automation opportunities; developing audience segments and lifecycle stage structures; and maintaining comprehensive documentation of marketing systems and integrations. You will contribute to campaign execution across email, web, and digital advertising channels, coordinating with content, creative, product marketing, and sales teams to ensure campaigns launch on schedule and perform optimally. You'll investigate sales funnel performance, collaborate on lead engagement improvements, and build marketing dashboards with recurring performance reports. Analytical work is central to the role: tracking campaign performance, lead generation, conversion rates, acquisition costs, and ROI; conducting A/B testing; and translating data into actionable recommendations. You'll also support website operations including content updates, form management, tracking implementation, and SEO. Additional responsibilities include budget oversight, customer behavior analysis using tools like Microsoft Clarity, and conversion optimization initiatives. The role requires at least 5 years of relevant marketing experience with post-secondary education in marketing. You should demonstrate strong analytical and data-driven thinking skills, solid understanding of online marketing trends and best practices, and proven experience leading paid advertising and email marketing campaigns. The position is hybrid, requiring at least three days per week in the Waterloo office.
