OneImaging is transforming radiology access through a concierge model, connecting patients with a vetted network of 5,000+ providers across 48 states while reducing imaging costs by 60-80% and eliminating surprise bills. The company serves employers and payers seeking immediate savings and ROI on medical imaging. As Marketing Operations Manager, you will own the execution and day-to-day operations of member engagement marketing across the full lifecycle—from enrollment and activation through ongoing communications. You'll operate within established marketing platforms and systems (primarily Braze for campaign management), focusing on execution, coordination, and quality assurance rather than platform administration. A growing portion of repetitive work is handled by automated and AI-assisted workflows, freeing you to focus on campaign velocity, quality control, and vendor/team coordination. Key responsibilities include: • Execute and QA multi-channel member campaigns (email, SMS, landing pages, direct mail) using Braze, building and testing journeys against documented QA checklists and naming standards. • Coordinate direct-mail production with print and mail vendors, managing job submissions, proofs, pre-send QA, and in-home tracking; also manage benefit-fair materials, swag inventory, and field-team shipments. • Manage marketing intake and triage in Linear, classifying and prioritizing requests, routing them to completion, and maintaining current calendars, timelines, and documentation. • Build and maintain a backlog of marketing experiments and tests with the marketing operations leader, coordinating variants, approvals, and launch dates while documenting hypothesis, status, results, and next actions. • Drive new-customer launch checklists end-to-end, coordinating landing pages, cobranded toolkits, journeys, and mailers across Customer Success, Product, and creative partners. • Create and update member-facing content and assets in Canva; coordinate larger creative work with design partners to maintain clarity, consistency, and brand alignment. • Pull campaign and channel performance data, run A/B tests on subject lines, creative, and calls to action, and summarize results to support decision-making. • Partner with automated and AI-assisted workflows, owning QA and coordination at handoff points, and flag repetitive work worth streamlining. You'll work cross-functionally with Customer Success, Member Services, and Product teams, and coordinate with external creative and print/mail partners. This is a hands-on execution role in a fast-paced, growing healthcare company. Requirements: • 2-4 years in a marketing coordinator, marketing operations, or lifecycle marketing execution role. • Experience supporting multi-channel campaign execution across email, SMS, landing pages, and/or direct mail. • Hands-on experience with customer engagement platforms such as Braze or Iterable, building and QAing campaigns and journeys (platform administration is owned by the marketing lead). • Strong organizational and project-coordination skills, with ability to manage multiple workstreams in ticketing systems such as Linear, Asana, or Jira. • Experience coordinating external vendors and print/direct-mail production, with comfort in hands-on logistics (events, fulfillment, inventory). • Strong writing and communication skills; ability to create clear, member-friendly, brand-aligned content. • Familiarity with design tools such as Canva, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite for light asset updates. • Comfortable working alongside automation and AI tools, motivated to streamline repetitive work. • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. • Interest in healthcare, digital health, or improving consumer healthcare experience is strongly preferred.
