Florence Healthcare is a clinical trial software company used by 30,000+ research teams across 70 countries. The company accelerates medical research by optimizing site workflow and operations. You'll join the GTM Strategy and Enablement team as a hands-on Marketing Operations Manager, sitting at the intersection of marketing, sales, and revenue operations. This role owns day-to-day execution within Florence's marketing technology stack, ensuring campaigns launch smoothly, leads flow through the funnel, pipeline grows, and reporting remains accurate. Key responsibilities include: **Marketing Process & Campaign Execution:** Execute campaigns across HubSpot, Salesforce, Cvent, Gong, Spekit, Clay, and AI tools. Own list pulls, segmentation, audience building, campaign setup, QA, and deployment. Manage A/B testing, HubSpot workflows, lifecycle programs, nurture sequences, and lead scoring models. Build and optimize account-based marketing (ABM) programs. Leverage Clay and AI tooling to create scalable data workflows and enrichment pipelines. Maintain HubSpot database health and cleanliness. **Data, Reporting & Business Rhythm:** Build and maintain marketing performance dashboards covering campaign results, lead volume, conversions, and attribution. Ensure data consistency across marketing and CRM platforms. Deliver ad-hoc reporting and analysis supporting GTM leadership decisions. **Process Execution & Governance:** Maintain data governance standards, manage deduplication and enrichment workflows, drive adoption through training, and support rollout of new tools and workflows. **Cross-functional Partnership:** Work closely with the GTM Systems team on system architecture, integrations, data model design, vendor evaluation, and backend automation infrastructure. Ideal candidates bring 3+ years of marketing operations experience in high-growth B2B SaaS, deep hands-on HubSpot expertise (Marketing Hub + CRM), strong Salesforce knowledge, hands-on Clay experience, familiarity with AI tooling and prompt engineering, proven ability to execute campaigns end-to-end with A/B testing, strong data hygiene practices, and understanding of lead lifecycle, funnel metrics, and attribution strategy.
