Allure Security Technology is seeking a hands-on Marketing Manager, Campaigns to own the company's paid marketing programs and email nurture strategy. This individual contributor role sits at the center of converting marketing investment into sales pipeline and reports to the Head of Demand Generation.
You will manage paid search and paid social campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and LinkedIn, owning account structure, keywords, bidding, audiences, ad copy, and conversion tracking. You'll manage budgets, test continuously, and drive awareness and pipeline efficiency month over month.
You will build and execute email campaigns and nurture programs in HubSpot, from conception to send. This includes designing new asset launches, post-event follow-ups, and triggered nurture sequences based on engagement signals (e.g., guide downloads trigger retail-specific sequences). You'll own segmentation, workflows, email copy, forms, and landing pages, and help develop the narratives that connect Allure's product to its buyers.
You will set channel-level targets, own them publicly, and report on performance against pipeline outcomes, not just vanity metrics. You'll establish the reporting cadence that identifies what's working, what isn't, and where the next dollar should go.
