Salary: GBP 35,000 - 40,000 / annual
StretchSense is a world-leading sensor technology company pioneering advanced motion capture and spatial tracking solutions through proprietary data gloves. Their technology powers applications across XR training, AI robotics, healthcare, and gaming. The company is entering an exciting growth phase following a successful business transformation, major product launch, and strategic pivot into high-growth B2B markets, with offices across Scotland, New Zealand, and manufacturing partnerships in Taiwan/China.
Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer, you'll sit at the heart of the go-to-market function as a hands-on Marketing Manager. You'll work closely with leadership, sales, product, and technical teams to help tell StretchSense's story, build market awareness, and generate demand across global markets.
Key responsibilities include:
- Develop and deliver digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels
- Create engaging content including social media, case studies, product materials, and website content
- Support product launches and go-to-market activity across XR, robotics, AI, and gaming markets
- Build sales enablement materials, presentations, and customer-focused messaging
- Conduct market, competitor, and customer research
- Work closely with sales teams to generate and nurture qualified leads
- Monitor campaign performance and use data to optimize results
- Manage external agencies, designers, and content partners where required
- Strengthen StretchSense's digital presence and brand profile globally
You'll combine strategic thinking with hands-on delivery, translating complex sensor technology into simple, engaging customer stories that drive lead generation and strengthen the brand.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience in product marketing, digital marketing, or demand generation
- Track record delivering successful multi-channel campaigns
- Strong content creation and copywriting skills
- Experience marketing technology, software, hardware, or technical products
- Ability to turn complex concepts into clear customer benefits
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Confidence working with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- Interest in emerging technologies, AI, robotics, XR, or gaming
- Proactive mindset and willingness to get hands-on
