Rezilient Health is seeking a Marketing Events Manager to build and own the company's events function end to end. The role spans three key areas: B2B broker, employer, and partner events driving top-of-funnel growth and pipeline; B2B2C member and employer activations driving awareness and utilization; and company-led experiences such as summits and conferences.
Responsibilities include developing Rezilient's annual event strategy across B2B, B2B2C, and company-led experiences, aligned to clear business goals. You will evaluate and prioritize conferences, trade shows, sponsorships, and community opportunities based on audience fit, pipeline potential, brand value, and cost. You'll partner with Marketing, Sales, and Growth leadership to determine where and how Rezilient shows up, including speaking opportunities, booth presence, hosted events, and sponsorship levels.
The role requires planning and executing broker, employer, and partner events including conferences, trade shows, roundtables, dinners, and hosted gatherings that support relationship building and pipeline. You will collaborate with Sales and Growth teams on pre-event outreach, meeting scheduling, attendee targeting, and on-site engagement strategies, and coordinate post-event follow-up so leads and opportunities are captured and routed quickly.
You will lead member and employer activations such as on-site employer events, benefits fairs, open enrollment sessions, wellness days, and clinic launch events. This includes partnering with Customer Success and Clinical Operations to design activations that drive awareness, patient engagement, enrollment, and utilization, and developing repeatable activation playbooks and toolkits that scale across employer clients and markets.
You will own end-to-end planning and execution of company-led experiences including Rezilient's Summit and other key brand moments, managing program development, agendas, speakers, run-of-show, attendee communications, and on-site experience. All events must reflect Rezilient's brand standards, voice, and patient-centered values.
Logistics and vendor management responsibilities include venue sourcing and contracting, travel, catering, AV, shipping, registration, and on-site staffing. You will source, negotiate with, and manage vendors, venues, agencies, and sponsors to deliver high-quality experiences on time and within budget. You'll build and manage event budgets, track spend, forecast costs, and identify ROI opportunities. You serve as the on-site lead for events, managing setup, execution, troubleshooting, and teardown.
You will act as the central point of coordination for internal stakeholders across Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Clinical Operations, and leadership. You'll create event briefs, project plans, timelines, and checklists that bring structure and consistency to event planning and delivery. You'll define event goals and KPIs, track outcomes such as attendance, leads, pipeline influenced, engagement, enrollment, utilization, and cost per outcome, and deliver post-event recaps and insights that inform future investments.
