Frame Security is building the future of human security in the AI era, developing an AI engine that creates security awareness training and attack simulations to help employees make smarter security decisions. The company is trusted by leading global organizations to prevent AI-driven, human-centric attacks across email, voice, video, and beyond.
As a Marketing Designer, you will be the creative force behind Frame's go-to-market narrative and visual identity. Your core responsibilities include designing enterprise-grade marketing materials—sales decks, one-pagers, proposals, case studies, and event collateral—that resonate with enterprise buyers and communicate the sophistication of the product.
You will own the visual layer of the GTM motion across all channels: website pages, campaign assets, LinkedIn creative, email campaigns, and conference experiences. A key part of your role is building repeatable design infrastructure—templates, component libraries, and comprehensive brand guidelines—that empower the sales, marketing, and product teams to ship on-brand work independently and at scale.
You will leverage AI design tools to accelerate the design cycle, then productize successful workflows so the broader team can execute them without constant design involvement. You'll partner closely with R&D, marketing, and product teams on soft UI work at the intersection of product and brand, ensuring seamless experiences wherever customers interact with Frame.
As the company scales, you will be responsible for evolving and defending the Frame brand, maintaining consistency across every surface and every team that touches it, while continuously wowing audiences and stakeholders. This is a high-ownership role in an early-stage, fast-paced startup where design directly impacts the company's ability to win enterprise deals and establish market presence.
