Imprint is a fintech company modernizing co-branded credit card programs for major brands like Crate & Barrel, Rakuten, Booking.com, H-E-B, and Shell. The company combines payments infrastructure, intelligent underwriting, and customer data to create personalized financial experiences without requiring partners to become banks. As a Marketing Design Technologist, you will be the technical backbone of Imprint's Marketing Design team, sitting at the intersection of design and front-end development. You will build and maintain creative systems across email, web, in-app, paid, and print channels for a growing portfolio of partner brands. Key responsibilities include: **Web Experiences**: Build, maintain, and iterate on websites, waitlists, microsites, and campaign-specific experiences in Webflow. Handle site edits, bug fixes, tags, scripts, compliance updates, and performance optimization independently. Develop repeatable components and templates to systematize the web development process. **Campaign Tracking & Attribution**: Own technical setup and QA of campaign tracking across all channels, including UTM structure, link management, and attribution logic. Build and maintain tracking templates and audit attribution across partner campaigns. Serve as the technical bridge between marketing and analytics teams. **Martech & AI Workflows**: Act as the team's dedicated martech resource, evaluating, implementing, and maintaining marketing technology. Serve as technical point of contact during partner onboarding. Improve and maintain AI-assisted production workflows, turning strategy into working systems. **Technical Mentorship**: Be the go-to resource when designers and producers encounter technical challenges. Raise the technical floor through pairing, documentation, and coaching. Help define standards for building, handing off, and QA-ing technical work. Required qualifications include a design background with understanding of visual hierarchy and shipped work; strong HTML and CSS with ability to build responsive emails and landing pages; experience with Liquid templating or similar dynamic content systems; Webflow proficiency or strong front-end fundamentals; familiarity with email rendering constraints; understanding of UTM tracking and campaign attribution; experience managing design systems in Figma; and comfort working across multiple projects and partner brands. Nice-to-have skills include experience with Braze or lifecycle marketing platforms, building AI-assisted workflows, martech evaluation and implementation, and mobile deep linking platforms like Branch.io.
