heva is seeking a Marketing Associate – Social Media to lead the company's presence across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. This is a hands-on, in-person role based in either the Mexico City or Santo Domingo office.
You will develop, produce, and publish engaging content (reels, shorts, stories, posts) across social platforms while managing the social media calendar to ensure consistent, high-quality output aligned with heva's brand voice. You'll plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns using Meta Business Suite and Ads Manager, tracking and analyzing performance to refine creative and targeting strategies.
Beyond social media, you'll support SEM/SEO initiatives including keyword strategy, on-page optimization, and campaign tracking. You'll also assist in planning and executing marketing events, handling logistics, vendor coordination, and on-site support. The role requires staying current on social media trends and platform algorithm changes, fostering engagement with doctors, patients, and communities through active social presence, and collaborating with leadership and cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with company goals.
This is a fast-paced startup environment where you'll combine creative storytelling with performance marketing execution to build trust and drive growth in the healthcare space.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree
- 2+ years of experience in social media management and content creation
- Hands-on experience with Meta Business Suite/Ads Manager and performance marketing
- Working knowledge of SEM/SEO fundamentals
- Proficiency with video editing and design tools (e.g., Figma, CapCut, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
- Data-driven mindset with ability to interpret analytics and optimize campaigns
- Professional proficiency in both English and Spanish (written and spoken)
- Highly creative, detail-oriented, and eager to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
- Familiarity with Notion and Claude; experience with Meta Business Suite and Ads Manager required
- Comfort appearing on camera or collaborating with influencers and creators
PREFERRED:
- Experience in healthcare or medical tourism
- Experience planning or coordinating events
- Experience with AI Media Generation tools
