Airbnb's Hotels organization is seeking a Market Manager to drive supply growth and health across the United Kingdom. This role sits within a startup-spirited team inside a larger company, combining entrepreneurial energy with global resources.
You will own the expansion and optimization of Airbnb's hotel supply in the UK, managing relationships with hotel partners ranging from independent properties to large chains. Your responsibilities include building and expanding partner relationships to exceed quarterly targets, implementing strategies to optimize your portfolio of hotels across the UK, Ireland, and Nordics, and conducting regular business reviews with partners to ensure strong, enduring relationships.
You will leverage data to identify strategic growth opportunities, educate clients on product updates, and cascade feedback to internal stakeholders including product, communications, public policy, legal, tax, and customer support teams. A key part of the role involves understanding technical aspects of software partnerships (property management systems and channel managers) to provide comprehensive support to hosts and guests.
You will work cross-functionally to ensure Airbnb's long-term market success, develop scalable localized supply management strategies for both established competitive markets like London and emerging untapped markets, and use an entrepreneurial approach to develop unique engagement projects within your territory. The role requires regular travel across your assigned territory (UK, Ireland, and Nordics), typically once every 4-6 weeks.

- 5+ years of experience in new sales, account management, and partner support with demonstrated capability in fostering business relationships
- 2+ years of tech/travel industry experience (preferred)
- Proven track record managing a book of business and converting opportunities
- Proficient quantitative skills with ability to interpret and apply data in day-to-day work
- Ability to work at both strategic and tactical levels in ambiguous environments
- Proven experience working cross-functionally with multiple teams
- Excellent communication and presentation skills (phone, email, in-person)
- Charismatic self-starter who is resourceful, self-sufficient, with strong time management and prioritization
- Fluent English required; additional European languages a plus
- Based in London with willingness to travel regularly across UK, Ireland, and Nordics
- Passion for Airbnb, travel, and the sharing economy (being an Airbnb host is a plus)
