- Deliver data-driven market analysis, benchmarking, and positioning recommendations that drive hotel decisions
- Maintain consistent cadence of business reviews and optimization calls with measurable action plans
- Build proprietary analyses using Excel, Metabase, and Power BI to translate data into weekly commercial decisions
- Educate hotel partners on product updates, pricing, and distribution to unlock concrete value
- Serve as voice of the market internally, bringing qualified signals to product, revenue, and operations teams to influence roadmap
- Represent Decolar actively at trade shows, events, and field visits in your region
- Develop local engagement initiatives and activation formats that emerge from direct market contact
You will be based in one of these regions: São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro, South, or Northeast Brazil.
Requirements:
- 6–10 years of experience in consultative B2B portfolio management in travel tech, online hospitality, SaaS, digital media, or adjacent sectors
- Proven track record of building trust with senior stakeholders
- Demonstrated history of hitting quarterly and annual targets with measurable revenue, share, or retention results
- Fluency in CRM and disciplined book-of-business management
- Advanced Excel, Power BI, and Metabase proficiency; SQL knowledge is a plus
- Strong knowledge of online hotel distribution: Channel Manager, APIs, pricing techniques, revenue management, inventory management (strong differentiator)
- Ability to operate simultaneously at strategic and tactical levels in ambiguous environments
- Autonomy and ownership mindset; self-sufficient and solution-oriented
- High-level verbal and written communication; capable of engaging boutique hotel owners and large resort general managers
- Willingness to travel frequently within assigned region
- Native Portuguese; mandatory English; Spanish is a plus
- Passion for travel and online hospitality business
