You will build strong relationships with small and medium-sized hosts, helping them optimize listings, improve pricing strategies, and enhance their overall success on the Airbnb platform.
In this role, you will manage a book of business consisting of host entrepreneurs and rising hosts, ensuring their retention, growth, and optimization. You'll conduct one-on-one optimization and onboarding conversations, providing strategic recommendations on pricing, availability, and listing quality.
