Pacific Fusion, founded in 2023 and backed by over $900M in funding, is building a pulser-driven inertial fusion system to achieve net facility gain and deliver abundant, affordable, clean energy. The Manufacturing Systems Analyst role is responsible for end-to-end ownership of software systems within an assigned portfolio, serving as the primary business owner and main point of contact for internal stakeholders and external vendors. Key responsibilities include vendor relationship management (contract renewals, escalations, performance reviews), software licensing (procurement, allocation, renewals, cost optimization), and user access administration (provisioning, deactivation, access reviews). The role performs system configuration changes to support business requirements and acts as liaison between business stakeholders and the Enterprise Systems team on cross-system dependencies. You will partner with integration stakeholders to define and validate integration requirements between owned systems and downstream/upstream platforms, and work with the PLM Administrator to establish data quality standards and governance policies for component and BOM data. The role owns the design, configuration, and continuous improvement of the Manufacturing Workflow and its underlying business process, ensuring alignment with manufacturing operations requirements and evolving business needs. Required qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field (equivalent practical experience considered), experience administering enterprise software systems (MES or related manufacturing systems preferred), general understanding of PLM concepts, familiarity with vendor and license management practices, experience with system configuration and user access administration, understanding of BOM/component data structures and data governance principles, and strong cross-functional collaboration skills. Manufacturing or OEM environment experience is a plus.
