RD Technologies is seeking a mid to senior level professional to manage and expand banking relationships in support of its payments business. This role sits at the intersection of business development and operations, requiring someone who can navigate complex banking partnerships while coordinating across internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage existing bank relationships and identify, approach, and onboard new banking partners in Hong Kong and internationally
- Open and maintain cash and settlement accounts, coordinating bank onboarding and ongoing compliance requirements
- Respond to banks' information requests and clearly articulate the company's payment and on/off ramp business model, payment flows, and risk controls
- Work cross-functionally with Compliance, Finance, and Operations teams to resolve banking issues and support business expansion
- Build and maintain relationships with senior banking stakeholders

Requirements:
- Proven experience in bank relationship management, account opening, or banking operations within payments, fintech, or financial services
- Experience in banks covering NBFI (non-bank financial institutions) is welcomed
- Sound understanding of how a payment service provider operates or strong grasp of transaction banking frameworks
- Strong communication, judgment, and follow-through; confidence in building new bank relationships
- Acute and professional communicator with proven track record influencing senior stakeholders
- Result-oriented with strong desire to deliver beyond expectations
- Self-driven, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, startup-like environment
- Fluent in English and Mandarin; Cantonese proficiency is a plus
